The 3g of leucine per scoop is the reason I switched over, and my recovery has genuinely felt better since. I normally hate how chalky protein shakes get, but this one mixes smooth with just a shaker, so I'm actually sticking with it this time.
The 24g of protein per scoop mixes up completely smooth with just water, no clumps or chalky aftertaste. Leucine at 3g is exactly what I need for recovery after evening sessions.
