Took it right after a hard interval session and my legs felt noticeably less wrecked the next morning. Mixes up completely clear with no grit at the bottom of the shaker, which is a huge plus for me.

This dissolves so fast in water that it’s basically a juice, no gritty lumps at all. I use it on my long runs and it sits easy on the stomach, plus the price for that 2.5kg bag is genuinely fair.

I was skeptical about the price per serving, but given how little I need to mix into my shake, the bag lasts way longer than my old carb powder. The fact that it’s super-soluble means I can stir it with a spoon and still get a smooth drink, no clumps stuck to the bottom.
