The cheesy, umami kick it adds to roasted veggies and soups is unreal for a plant-based pantry staple. I love that I can shake it straight onto popcorn or stir it into sauces without any extra prep. My only regret is not buying a bigger bag sooner.

I’ve been sprinkling this over pasta and roasted veggies all week, and the cheesy umami kick is so close to the real thing I almost forgot it’s dairy-free. The flakes are light and cling well to food, so a little goes a long way. Definitely a pantry staple now.

The flakes dissolve nicely into sauces and give my pasta that umami kick I missed since going plant-based. I keep the jar on the table now and shake it over almost everything, it's that good.
