Lifting Straps

Finally hit a 405 deadlift without my grip giving out first. The standard fit sits snug but not too tight, and the extra support on rows makes the last few reps feel way more manageable. These are doing exactly what I needed them to do.

These straps have completely changed my deadlift days; the padding is thick enough that I barely feel the bar digging in, and my grip holds through all my heavy pulls and rows now. I've gone up about twenty pounds on my working sets in just a few weeks.

My grip always gave out before my back on deadlifts, but these straps lock the bar in so tight I finally feel my lats doing the work. The standard fit sits snug without cutting off circulation, and rows feel completely different now that I'm not white-knuckling the bar every rep.
