I've been tossing a couple back before lifting and the 1000 mg per gummy makes it stupid easy to hit my creatine dose without choking down powder. The peach taste does a decent job masking any supplement aftertaste, which is more than I can say for other forms I've tried.
The peach flavor is surprisingly pleasant, not too sweet or chalky like some creatine powders I've tried. I just pop one before my workout and it's way easier than mixing a scoop, though the texture took a day to get used to. Definitely noticing I'm pushing out a few extra reps on my last set.
The 1000 mg per gummy is spot on for a quick pre-workout boost, and they chew way better than choking down a powder mix. I've noticed my last few reps feel noticeably stronger. Just wish the bag had more than 60 pieces for the price.
